Executive Biographies

Douglas R. Litzenberger is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global MetalForm, LP. Doug holds a B.A. in Finance from Moravian College with and M.B.A from Lehigh University. A graduate of the renowned GE Financial Management Program, Doug joined Global MetalForm in February 1999 after and eleven-year career with GE during which he held a variety of leadership positions in finance and operations. Doug is trained and certified in Six Sigma Quality processes. Prior to his tenure with GE, Doug held positions the positions of Cost Accountant and Controller

Daniel N. Patt is the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Global MetalForm, LP. Dan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is presently pursuing an M.B.A at Villanova University and is a graduate of the GE Manufacturing Management Program. Dan joined Global MetalForm after a 15 year career with GE during which he held numerous leadership positions including most recently the position of Manager Industrial Renewal Parts in which he was responsible for a $100M segment of GE’s global spare and renewal parts business. Dan is GE Six Sigma Quality trained and has held a variety of cross-functional positions in sales, operations, engineering, and finance during his career.
