The Villas at Greenwood Estates is developed by SLPS Realty, LLC, a locally-owned partnership founded in 2001. To date, we have dcveloped and built Greenwood Estates, a 36-lot residential development, and have sold over thirty townhomes in our community. We expect to construct only 35 more townhomes over the next few years.
All of our townhomes are owner-occupied, which helps create a wonderful neighborhood. The Villas are protected by architectural covenants and guidelines to ensure a quality neighborhood. Villa owners are required to be members of the Homeowners Association, which is responsible for all lawn/landscaping maintenance, as well as snow removal from driveways and sidewalks. Our Homeowner Association (HOA) fees are very reasonable and competitive.
